The Finest Keys Adventure Experience

WE PROVIDE:

A private boat charter for up to 6 guests. For larger groups give us notice to work the details. You personalize your trip ... swim, lounge. snorkel, fish. These are family kid friendly trips. You will experience the smooth backcountry waters located in the shallows between the Atlantic and the Gulf so calm your thoughts of waves and seasickness. There is also a porti-potti on board and a fresh water shower. There is a built-in cooler I ice down for your use, Bring your drinks, load up, 6 hours is a lot of time, Other folks do a 4 hour charter - I always feel hurried and looking at my watch. Staying out 6 or so hours is more relaxed. 6 hours is the perfect amount of time. This boat is on the larger size for sandbar trips so it is smooth, roomy and can be fast if need be.

Itinerary:

We leave out of the City Maina (corner of Palm and Roosevelt) . It is before the bridge. From there we pass "Charter Boat Row" then go under the Palm Avenue bridge and leave Garrison Bight through Trumbo Point bound for Jewfish Bay and locations Northeast of Key West. Our trip takes us to the many mangrove islands to see feeding birds, rays and sea life. We visit our first sandbar then let the tide, wind and weather dictate the remainder of our day. Sometimes we come across dolphins, birds diving upon fish or Osprey perched for the hunt. It is always something.

Lunch:

I have discovered the top two ways to do it. You get the meat, I bring the grill. We set up table and chairs at one of the mid-day sandbars and grill your stuff, just let me know in advance so I can load the grill up. Or, Go to the searstown publix, (Fauscos if closer) and order ahead. These two stores can do it cheaper than you can. Publix you can go online, order, give 24hrs notice and pay with a credit card. Your meals are ready at 07:15 the following day. They have hoagies, fried chicken, veggie platters and so on. TOO EASY - you are on vacation. Forget the wonder bread bologna samaches and cans of vienna sausages. The internet and credit cards are a wonderful thing.
